WORCESTER COUNTY WOMEN'S CYCLING
 
FRIENDS OF THE WARE RIVER WATERSHED
Advocates for sustainable trail access for non-motorized uses (read: mountain biking, horseback riding, hiking); trail stewardship and maintenance; and education on protecting cultural, environmental and historic resources in the Ware River Watershed (Rutland, Barre, Hubbardston, Oakham, Phillipston, Templeton, Princeton). 
 
ASSABET RIVER RAIL TRAIL
The trail, partly built, is 12.5 miles on an old rail bed from Marlboro to Acton.
